Man...its been 1/2 a year since i last blogged. Been busy with lotsa stuffs and I don't really have the mood to blog.

work is shit and I need to relax!! apart from the routine gym visits, some retail theraphy and hang around with my love one, I got back into fishing!! it has been yeeeeaarrrrrrrsss since i last wetted my lines.

Been doing some research and heard from my die-hard fishing colleague, there's some new pay ponds at pasir ris farmway. Not pasir ris main pond/pro pond anymore?!? jeeez...I'm damn out dated liao!

these are some of the fishes i caught at the pond.

from top to bottom,

golden promfet(kim chew),

maori seapearch(hai kuay bu)

and barramundi(kim bak lor).

The thrill of hooking and fighting these fishes reminds me of the days where I would go fishing everywhere, from bedok jetty to sembawang shipyard, from pulau ubin to sentosa and even under the bridge linking harbourfront(was once world trade center) to sentosa! damn damn dangerous! and I really missed fishing in the waters of malaysia, pulau Aur on a boat. Sea fishing is so fun! you'll get a huge variety of fishes!

Speaking of fishing off pulau aur, these are some old photos of me fishing at the waters near pulau aur, hooking a Dorado, or dolphin fish(NOT dolphin lah) on live yellow tail(selar).

I fought with this stubborn dorado which refuse to succumb to its fate for 30mins! I was using light tackle for the fun and the fun was too much as for the rest of the day my arm is so sore and cramped up that I couldnt fish much.

Those were the fun days... will be going for more fishing and prawning fishing as well! it is so addictive! once you start again, you'll never stop! haha
