Febuary, 11th, 2006 Saturday

hell, the past week was freaking busy at work. lots and hell lotsa projects!!!! arghhh!!!! but the good thing is that i set the deadline for them...hahah...so, at least i'm in some freaking control over the matter!! anyway, there must be some reasons that i'm the most sought after mechanical design engineer, right!?!!? don't laugh, i'll slap the shit out of ya!

what contributed to being moody everyday was that i'm on a low carbs diet.(for those who don't understand what low carbs is, low carbs is low carbohydrate..you bunch of ignorant fools)And what low carbs will do to you? it'll make you weak, lethargic and fucking moody. you'll feel like having 10 industrial air conditioners blowing at you in the gym while working out. and forever fear of the weight crushing on you, cos you know that the fact that you will be weak with low carbs in your diet.

and the best part is that when you are almost dead in the gym after those endless grueling sets, you have to do cardio.......and i fucking did them 30mins per session continuously for 5 days. after that you can proudly annouce that you are a tough S.O.B. at the same time, you are pronounced 3/4 dead.


and the week before was great with CNY around. went to mount faber on a late friday night with a few of my greatest buddies to chill. was a nice place. view was great. crowd wasn't rowdy. we were the coolest around.(notice our singlets, shorts and slippers)
