do it till i die
insane. i did 20 sets for chest today followed by cardio abs and arms and i almost died. still feeling pumped now. went for my follow-up appointment with the surgeon who help to fix my dislocation on my hand and he was shock to see me not wearing the splint they gave me to protect my hand. the splint is actually a plastic cast which somehow helps to protect the injured area from anyaccidental 'further damage'. i explained that my hand felt good and strong already(FYI i'm rack-pulling 3.5plates now), he insisted i should not lifts weights now and to lay off for a period of 6 weeks?!!? siao. lay off 6 weeks from the gym and i will die. screw him, i know myself best. if only he would be able to follow me to the weight room, he'll understand what i mean by my hand is good and strong.
nothing's gonna stop me. not even a dislocated hand. i once benched with a cracked ribcage. hah. and i don't even consider that hardcore. its in my blood, i need to lift heavy weights. and i'll do it till i die.
