joint pain really sucks. elbow still aching, but on the milder side... still endured the pain and pumped the arms on friday. felt the joint clicking away every single damn rep. eventually the pain was too much for me to handle and I had to quit.
saturday is always a rest day for me. a rest for my body, a rest away from high protein meals, a rest away from work stress. wanted to get a NFL jersey, think it looks cool(on me). so met up with yaokun and george at queensway shopping centre to have a look. found the shit I wanted to get, tried it(hell it looks good on me!) but hey.. its 2oo bucks for a jersey.... the notes just clinged so hard to the wallet and refused to be pulled out by me....and I had to give up the jersey... damn those notes...
walked around and saw some nice chicks as well as some nice tees... but, why can't the tees be abit bigger, like having size XXL, XXXL? hah just kidding.... those tees are meant to be body hugging... i wont' wear them... over my dead body... the look is just too gay and you are just like wearing a sign that says "come get me gays!! I'm one of ya!!"... its just too sick.... if i could be god for a day, i'll make all those fucking faggots vanish from the surface of the earth.
I eventually settle for a adidas tee, quite a catch at 25bucks, nice material...lucky got XL....heheh
then me and george went in search for meat for dinner... we found our way to tony romas.... their ribs were just fantastic. i have no words to describe but its just too good to be true... we both have a full slab each with 2 side dishes...and did i mention their mushroom soup? thats unreal....too good to be real...
caught AVP after dinner, not a bad show... but..ermmm... its too cheesy... way too cheesy...
woke up tired today.. don't know why..rushing through to finish some logo designs for my sis's new shop. went to fry legs in the gym, hell i fried them..plus my lower back... shit. deadlifts are too 'destructive' to the lower back... i can't even smith squat 3 plates! max 2.5 only... but enough, i went to 15 reps and could feel my quads tearing... i hamstring curl for 8 sets, felt good, they are still swelling now... finally did some biceps to get some blood into it and went off to buy groceries at NTUC. flanked steak, chicken breast, salmon and baked beans are on the week's menu.
shit. suddenly i felt sick...tomoro is monday.........................
