the bloody elbow still hurting quite badly. its been 2 damn weeks already. should have rested the this week, but gym addiction is too strong to quit. one of the old timers there called me mad dog, elbow hurting but still did a dropset 21. whats that? simple. pick 2 barbells, one you could curl for 15reps, one 12reps. pick the heavier one, grind out 7 bottom to middle reps, 7 middle to top reps and finally 7 full reps. drop the barbell grap the other one and do the same. I completed 4 of these torturous sets. animal? maybe, but its my passion.
