| Still in the damn office...45mins more to get my ass outta here... had been quite a tiring day.
my lower back is gradually getting more sore from the deadlift from hell yesterday...nevertheless, i had a great back day at gym yesterday. did 2 1/4plates barbell row for 5reps(improved) did total 4 1/2plates t-bar row for 6reps(so-so) did a total of 100 pull-ups(it was hell) did 3plates deadlift for 5reps(it was my personal best so far) Max-OT seemed a reasonable way to train for me.had been growing abit. constant overload of weights acting on the muscles is the key to freaky growth. hell, i could even barbell curl a plate. i think i'm getting big. |
