felt damn sleepy just now when watching wrestling on tv, but when i tried to sleep in the bed....can't sleep..cb....
not much happened this whole week in office...nothing but designs designs designs...
gym wasn't bad but not up to my own expectation this week. managed to go strong at chest...back day was kinda a rush, gotta finish fast and fuck off to collect my new lenses. and toking bout new lenses...$200 flies... but i still rowed my best of 2 3/4 plates for 5reps...
shoulders' day was i think 8/10...managed to go strong at military presses to 1 1/4 free for 5 reps all on my own..no spot no shit.
laterals were good too...25kg for 4reps...i was left panting like a dog....
dumbells shoulder press was good too, 30kg pronating wrists presses for 6reps.
then i missed the upright rows...damn.... becos someone was squatting on the rack..fuck, had to give it a pass and went to shrugs. again, as usual, i shrugged 4.5plates on smith.then i added a little something to my max-ot routine, a shock routine for traps. go down the dumbell rack from 30, 27.5, 25, 22.5 to 20 and up again back to 30. every pair of dumbells, 15reps. it was hell.
then came arms day... didn't had enough carbs i think.... didn't curled 60 but 55...was not feeling good man...but triceps pushdown was better, 120lbs again for 6-7reps...
max-ot cardio the past week wasn't bad either. 16mins, 300+calories burned, tons of sweat....
would be more intense on cardio the following week...
went out with a couple of frens insearch of a gift for ly's house warming...damn...i think this is the single day that we went in and out, up and down, to and fro, in TM and CS...i seriously felt nausea...it even beat a max-ot cardio session...by the time we got what we want, i felt weak, cold, sleepy and hungry...i want to faint....
then umm zhai tolo jit eh siao eh say got mei mei at ly's house...knn go there si mi ma boh..wah lan...auntie jit tua tu...cb....
