Deezamba, 26th, 2004 Sundaze(9:56am....)

yo. its been a week since i've puke somthing here manz. its holiday season!!! not that much of mood to work, but still glued my ass to the desk's seat and draft on the com. anyway, i'm still paid to do so. gymming the past week was good, joel joined me only for back workout on wednesday. my freaking ribcage still hurts after i bench on the smith incline. felt as if i bust it again...man..it sucks.
though that my x'mas eve would be spent in the gym but the gym closes at 5 and i worked till 6 that day! i couldn't pump my arms!! arghhhh......... but, hanwee, my close buddy ask me out..to sell snowspray cans with him! was fun after the countdown at fisherman village, business was really good then... after that we had fun ourselves and sprayed ourselves silly... its was war zone everywhere....
then it was x'mas day! my sis and my brother in law came back from australia! i knew that when they come back my diet plan would be ruined!! went to airport to pick them up at noon and then we went to boon tong kee to have the legendary chicken rice...ooohh.......
i got home and after i did some cardio and abs, joel came to my house with the german pork knuckles and turkeyand ham!!!!!!!!!!!!! we talk for awhile while he viewed my fish tanks. bro, i gotta tell you...the stuffs you brought over is...oh...so damn goooooood....
today's plan is to watch kungfu hustle with my buddy, but might go out with my family to annihilate the food outside...hahahahahahahahahaha

Deezamba, 19th, 2004 Sunday(11:23pm....)

past week was good. Max-ot all the way! but wasn't really feeling comfortable on tuesday evening while benching with bench monsta no.2, joel. (why no.2? becoz george is no.1!!! pig head!eh.. i be no.3 lah...can?)in fact, it was hurting pretty much on the ribcage. i had to stop at 1 1/2plates. coz the pain was getting more intense after sets. apart from benching. every single day was good at gym. my military press even increased! and i wonder why i can bench press...arghh.....did back with joel on wednesday. he was perfecting on his form and i went to my max of 2 1/2plates rows followed be 2 3/4plates deadlifts. couldn't catch my breath...i skipped 2 meals...shit.
friday was arms busting day. max ot all the way. arms was super pumped by the end of it. going heavy is just too shiok.....
and yeah...i've got myself a new mobile! its the twist and flip thingy nokia 6260. was a cool looking coffee color phone. looks cool on me, at least.hah! and burned quite a hole in my wallet though....geezz.....
okay. next came the weekend. was shiok. had a gathering with my primary school mates. ddin't had dinner with them as i wa sdieting. but we sure had some great time in kbox!...sang till my throat is abit sore already...
went to ntuc to get some rolled oats and glucose again today as they were running low. must get more glutamine come january. the capsules just ain't enough. arghh... gonna be the chemical man again...body full of chemicals..hah!

December, 14th, 2004 Teeuslay(9:11am!)

the ribs still hurts a little. especially when i lie down and get up. but i guess its recovering cos the pain is subsiding... didn't really train well last week due to the pain. but this week started out good. i was doing max ot again, will touch on that later.....
saturday was good. met up with george and caught a show, blade trinity. the show was cool. then we chilled at cafe cartel for awhile while i wait for wai ting, zhiwei, kangming and menghock to reach suntec then we go a thai restaurent at millenia walk for buffet! george also lend me a book on nutrient timing which is damn good! tks bro!
okay back to the buffet part...i didn't really know the name of the restaurent we're dining in so we had to look around...and we found it at the 1st attempt! heheheh lucky shit....
the stuffs i ate there are mostly, squids, prawns, fish, beef, chicken, vegies.... but i didn't really eat alot, need to cut down man....later that nite, we went to kbox for a ktv session..hahahhah damn fun....sing till get sore throat!!hah!
it was then sunday...went to ntuc and got my sanitarium rolled oats! and brocolli...and chicken breast....preparing the food for the whole of this week!

okay. now on the legs session last evening. was good, really. did the max ot warm up and it really helps in moving huge weights!!! tks to bro george again for his advice! quads and hams got damn pumped up... i even cardio after the session! good start for the week i guess... today lagi best... the cb manager isn't here!!! yay......

December, 7th, 2004 Teeuzlay(10:37pm....)

a busy busy busy lay in offeed...very very drained off from work.... project cock up... manz..too much, too much.....really 'bao ga liao'. have to brainstorm, have to come up with the best design with accordance to customer's requirements, have to calculate cost, have to liases with internal and external sales, have to draw, have to physically look for machine parts, have to ensure fabrication is on time, have to modify, have to be the target board even if its not my mistake....have to.....arghhh..... the list never ends.... can you spare me pls...i'm only a design engineer..c'mon.......arghhhh....
my ribs still hurts, but its getting better i think, and i definately hope so... can't touch heavy iron...only doing cardio and monkey weights..but even with monkey weights, i still get a good solid burn. did a total of 150reps of 7.5kg dumbell for lateral raises, total of 100reps for 15kgs barbell upright rows superset with 35reps dumbell shrugs at 22.5kg.... then came biceps. total 150reps barbell curl with 10kg barbell. and they get really pumped and sore... couldn't wait to pump heavy again....just couldn't wait......... arghhh....

December, 5th, 2004 Sunlay(1:43am....)

SHIT HAPPENS

it hurts.....damn it still hurts....it hurts even when i breathe..it hurts when i cough...sit ups or crunches would kill me instantly now....
its friday evening, in the gym. it was arms day. i was feeling strong again. hell, i curled one plate for biceps....and then i hit the triceps. i was doing the biceps triceps superset max-ot shit...and then shit happens... i went for free close grip bench on the bench press. i griped the bar 8" apart on the smooth part....1..2...3..4..5...6reps..then WHAM! the bar slipped from my hand and the barbell landed straight on my upper abs. its 60kg free fall from fully extended arms length and landed nicely on you... i couldn't breathe for a moment and thought my ribcage had cracked...i rested for 30mins and tried to continue to pump...but it hurts too much. feeling abit better already. but it still hurts...wonder if i could still hit the gym next week..damn. shit happens..it really happens.

December, 2nd, 2004 Terslay(10:58am!)

make no mistake. its 11am now. and i'm in the office. need a break, so, i decide to puke something here. its been awhile since i update some shit here. was busy at work and busy in the weight room. just literally KO everynite after dinner. too damn shack. well, i'm in the midst of my dieting and cutting. er...felt abit weaker than usual cuz i cut the calories and carbs. i would say i'm around 90%, not 100%. strength drop abit...arghh...irritating...felt weak in the weight room...
met up with good ol' joel for pecs blasting yesterday. he's still damn strong at benching. he's the bench monster! i had too bow out to him. but i still tried my best too go heavy, max-ot style. training and chillin out was nonethless shiok and fun.....
would be hitting delts and traps tonite. beware.......captain delts is here.....
