September, 27th, 2004 Monday(10:39pm....)

today was another fine monday just like the previous one..hmmm... not much work onhand at office. weather was fine too, not too hot....
knocked off sharp at 6, and head off to gym for some serious iron pumpin after a week's rest. strength drop around 5%... still managed to military press 1 plate for 10reps..hehehe...
only completed 3 sets of my cut-throat dropset lateral raises..too much pain and burn...in the delts... but to my surprise..i looked very cut today...and ppl was commenting i gotquite cut in the gym too...cutler style heavy shrugs and 'down the rack' dumbell shrugs was amazing..i managed to hit my traps more than any previous trap workout...
my elbows are good!! i managed to curl 40 without any pain in them!!yay!
it was really an ass busting workout.... need to koon now....

September, 26th, 2004 Sunday(4:37pm....)

woke up to a fine Sunday.... I'm quite happy..I rested for the entire week without heavy iron pumpin' i da gym! except for doing abs every alnernate day..i really need to get some damn abs....shit
Well, I even rested yesterday...no chillin out..no shopping round for tees...no late nites...no nothing...simply set myself to resting mode at home...eating and sleeping. My both elbows seems to get better already! felt relieved too... but they aren't 100% yet...
Next week onwards would be day after day of ass busting workout, tomoro would mark the start of another cycle of animal stak. need to cardio more often already. would be eating huge amount of protein again...beef..chicken breast...salmon...baked beans... protein shakes....fwaahh....
the previous week was fine...with no major 'events' or 'happening' in the office...managed to complete my designs. even got a nice tee with my size at tampines while shopping 'round with yaokun.
hope this entire week of rest would do some good in 'repairing' my whatever damaged stuffs in me...for i need the strength to pump even heavier iron!!

its monday, not a bad monday. its been awhile since i sorta like monday. not much of work at office, cleared most of my stuffs...
its the start of my rest week, today straigth up to sunday. will pump like animal in the gym again next monday when another cycle of animal stak starts. planning to get some creatine and top end protein powders for post workout recovery and nutrition.
legs still aching from yesterday's legs blast at the gym. serious, full squat(ass to the floor) is no joke! trust me.
started doing pre-exhaust/max-ot training last week. feels really good, but my elbow joints didn't really agree. actually my purpose of resting this week is to allow my joints to get better, as the pain is really getting quite severe...glucosamine, MSM does helps..but you know..the pain is still hangin' round...really fed up...
hey joel, if ya reading this, why not try pre-exhaustion training method to pump your pecs and delts? it really works, i varies them though...combine pre-exhaust and dropsets in your routine, i bet your pecs and delts would be growing. and pls get some back. i dedicate this paragraph in my blog for my frequent 'guest starring' in your blog... and hey, i really hate gays. i find them plain sick. sick fucks.

September, 19th, 2004 Sunday(10:49pm....)

Hell, a week had past again and its monday in an hour or so... monday monster is attacking again...
just finish watching Jay Cutler's video on his life and training, "A Cut Above". It was cool. he is simply awesome. unbelievable muscle developement and muscle maturity. Of course, apart from hardcore training and diet, tons and tons of steriods and growth hormones are used.... sadly... bodybuilding is becoming more of a world of huge monstrous freaks exploding with muscles rather than the type of classic look from the time of Mr governor arnold. i would seriously prefer that look.
legs day today. full ass to the floor squat again. feels damn good, damn good.....
completed 6 sets pyramiding the weights upwards. last set was torturing...2 plates, ass th the floor, 6 reps. laughing? think its easy? then try it and tell me how you feel. straight after squats, my ass was glued on the legs extensions station, 4 sets, non-stop, 120reps. next was hamstring curls, i almost felt like crying, the pain was too overwhelming...and last was calf raises...
did some tri's and bi's and left the gym. i almost fell down the flight of stairs on the way down...my legs are shaking badly.
went shopping a bit alone....still trying to get some nice tees. managed to get one at timberland, damn happy! they have XXL!! ahahah... lucky it was the last XXL available...yeah
bought some flank steak, chicken breast and got home for dinner.....oooouuuu...had curry chicken for dinner...sorta oily but hell it was good!
will be taking the entire week off this coming week... need tons of rest, tons of food, tons of good sleep, tons of protein shakes, tons of recuperation, tons of soul searching to be done, tons of unfinished shit to complete....hope it'll be a better week.

really loved the acoustic version of this love by maroon5. playing it every now and then.....good shit....

glucosamine and MSM really works. my joint problem are getting better, i can curl to the max again today for arms. yeaahhh... good shit.

switch my shoulder and traps workout routine to the MAX-OT style. maximum overload, high intensity. the pump generated during the workout session was awesome as the rest time was short--30secs between sets...mad. did biceps the MAX-OT style also. good shit.

Optimum's 100% whey protein taste exactly like its brother pro-complex, except fot that powdery after taste, not bad. hope that its another good shit.

moody day in the office, not much work and was boring.... did my designs in the 'still advance' video mode... had quite alot of chicken breast today..yucks... felt like puking. but the flank staek was some good shit... damn... wats got over me? how many times did i mentioned 'good shit'?

this week is the last week of my animal stak cycle. resting next week, should cardio more, and bump back into bulking the week afetr next... where another cycle starts...hehehehe... Animal Stak...good shit!

September, 12th, 2004 Sunday( 7mins more to the damn monday....)

THE FULL SQUAT aka 'BUTT TO THE FLOOR SQUAT'

Started with 1plate. 12reps. not bad.
Did 5sets. moved on.
1 1/2 plates. Easy right? wrong.
Heavy? not exactly. but sorta.
1st set. 8reps. quads swell. hamstrings swell.
2nd set. 6reps. weight seems heavier. still maintaining good form.
3rd set. 5reps. couldn't get past 6. wats wrong?
4th set. 5reps. 5th reps was from hell. panting like a dog.
5th set. added 10 more kilos on the bar. 2reps. and i sat on the floor staring at my swelling thighs.
mad. squats are mad. invented by the mad dogs, and done by the mad dogs.
But it feels good. I always rank full squat king of all mass builders, 2nd to deadlift.
they are good. they focus and target on the entire thigh muscles.
doing half reps? you are looking for trouble. knees and lower back hurts.
i've been doing them for too long. after i tried full squats today, i fell in love with it.
looking forward to it next week. hope my glutes and thighs grows big. need to look more proportionate.

September, 12th, 2004 Sunday(2:13am.....)

Should be snoring like a pig in bed now...but i'm just too awake...i think its the thick kopi-O just now... dinner was great just now...had some squids, cabbage and shellfish. did some prawning with george at east coast, catch wasn't good, but was fun nonetheless.
saw my primary skoolmate jess while strolling down east coast beach...hell, she was beatiful, don't know whether its becos of the dim lighting or watever, i just couldn't stop staring at her while she talked to me...she asked me wats wrong, i just said ...erm you looked pretty. asked her to take a walk with me.... shit, she said she felt uncomfortable...i too big...wah lan... heart break manz....hahah, no lar, she's with her bunch of frends and she couldn't just ditch them coz she wants to walk with a hunk rite???? erm sorry.
george mentioned that i've got more lean and cut, yeah, animal stak was just too powerful to be true, believe it or not, I can sweat like a pig just be getting geared up in the dressing room for gym, went in step in, the instructors ask me whether did i ran 5km! by the end of my 1st working set, my tee is soaked in sweat. i did cardio every alternate day for 30mins and its working, getting leaner, but my weight maintained at 87kg. felt sad, missed the safra gym membership promotion, used to be $300++ for 6mths, now only $180! fuck, how could i missed it? safra mega gym is a far better(hardcore+minus the gays....sick) gym than clubfitt. damn.....
ordered optimum nutrition's 100% whey to have a change...just feeling sick from champion's pure whey stack. might start to take cell tech and nitro tech next mth.... still doing the math... ain't cheap. AST's micronised creatine and VP2 looks good too..hmmm...
doing legs tomoro man. hope it'll be good, planned to full squat 2 plates. hope to do that, i've been half squatting too often, too long, putting too much stress on the knees...bad.
think i need to hit the bed now.

the bloody elbow still hurting quite badly. its been 2 damn weeks already. should have rested the this week, but gym addiction is too strong to quit. one of the old timers there called me mad dog, elbow hurting but still did a dropset 21. whats that? simple. pick 2 barbells, one you could curl for 15reps, one 12reps. pick the heavier one, grind out 7 bottom to middle reps, 7 middle to top reps and finally 7 full reps. drop the barbell grap the other one and do the same. I completed 4 of these torturous sets. animal? maybe, but its my passion.
bought glucosamine, MSM and chondrotin to aid my healing of joint pain. hope it heals faster, i couldn't wait to go full blast at the weights....

September, 5th, 2004 Sunday(11:27pm....)

joint pain really sucks. elbow still aching, but on the milder side... still endured the pain and pumped the arms on friday. felt the joint clicking away every single damn rep. eventually the pain was too much for me to handle and I had to quit.

saturday is always a rest day for me. a rest for my body, a rest away from high protein meals, a rest away from work stress. wanted to get a NFL jersey, think it looks cool(on me). so met up with yaokun and george at queensway shopping centre to have a look. found the shit I wanted to get, tried it(hell it looks good on me!) but hey.. its 2oo bucks for a jersey.... the notes just clinged so hard to the wallet and refused to be pulled out by me....and I had to give up the jersey... damn those notes...

walked around and saw some nice chicks as well as some nice tees... but, why can't the tees be abit bigger, like having size XXL, XXXL? hah just kidding.... those tees are meant to be body hugging... i wont' wear them... over my dead body... the look is just too gay and you are just like wearing a sign that says "come get me gays!! I'm one of ya!!"... its just too sick.... if i could be god for a day, i'll make all those fucking faggots vanish from the surface of the earth.
I eventually settle for a adidas tee, quite a catch at 25bucks, nice material...lucky got XL....heheh
then me and george went in search for meat for dinner... we found our way to tony romas.... their ribs were just fantastic. i have no words to describe but its just too good to be true... we both have a full slab each with 2 side dishes...and did i mention their mushroom soup? thats unreal....too good to be real...

caught AVP after dinner, not a bad show... but..ermmm... its too cheesy... way too cheesy...
woke up tired today.. don't know why..rushing through to finish some logo designs for my sis's new shop. went to fry legs in the gym, hell i fried them..plus my lower back... shit. deadlifts are too 'destructive' to the lower back... i can't even smith squat 3 plates! max 2.5 only... but enough, i went to 15 reps and could feel my quads tearing... i hamstring curl for 8 sets, felt good, they are still swelling now... finally did some biceps to get some blood into it and went off to buy groceries at NTUC. flanked steak, chicken breast, salmon and baked beans are on the week's menu.

shit. suddenly i felt sick...tomoro is monday.........................

September, 3rd, 2004 Friday(12:48am....)

BAD ELBOW? WHO CARES? I STILL PRESSED LIKE NO TOMORO!

Shoulders are on the menu today. but my joints are hurting bad, real bad, especially my left elbow. i couldn't even curl a 10kg dumbell yesterday, damn... i felt torn apart...
both of my elbows are hurting alot, but the left hurts the most. planning to buy glucosamine this weekend. or maybe thru the net. had to wear elbow support and rub some joint ointment before shoulder pressing. not to bad, still managed a 20kg plus 15kg plates per side on the smith. still shrugged 4plates per side. today is better, manage to do some light barbell curls to get the arm going... i thought of resting today, but i still ended up in the gym sweating. cardio this week had been good, did 30mins everyday, hell, i'm sweating like mad! Animal Stak was awesome. almost a week into it and my training had been more intense. if it wasn't been for my elbow, my poundages would have at least increased by 10-20%. my weight increase from 86-87.5kgs, while i'm doing cardio! Animal Stak is truly Animal! makes you grow while you burn fat at the same time! i'm sure i'm putting on good mass cos my diet is quite clean and i'm doing cardio everyday.
tomoro's arms day...sigh... not sure whether my elbow can make it for the heavy barbell curls... quite worried...as arms day is my favourite workout of the week....
next week will start to take in milk again to increase my protein intake by another 50grams! haha...
